Came in with friend to look at the Pandora. Having a conversation around the charms not having individual prices on them like in Pandora shops. The lady turned around and abruptly snapped at us stating that we are a stockist not an actual Pandora shop. It was a private conversation and my friend who is autistic finds it difficult to ask for prices ect and always friends it easier if they are displayed. Even so there was no need to be rude to us, make us feel uncomfortable, we ended up buying from Tamworth instead.

Nicky and Mike were absolute stars this morning with my wife, she needed to have her Engagement and Wedding Ring cut off after they became stuck on and we couldn’t remove them any other way, Mike saw us straight away and was such a gentleman and reassured my wife that everything would be okay, he worked perfectly and had the rings off in no time! Nicky was such a reassuring presence and was perfect at keeping my wife calm through the whole thing as she was feeling extremely nervous and emotional. We will be forever thankful to both of you for the kindness and incredible service you showed to us, thank you!

Steve did an amazing job of remodelling my ring to hold my nan’s diamond. He was very informative in explaining the best way to enhance my ring and I felt very much that he was thinking about what was best for me and the ring, rather than the profit he’d make. Thank you!

Everybody is so friendly and welcoming! Took my beloved ring to be resized - had a call a week later telling me it was ready to be collected, faster than I imagined! When I collected my ring it looked brand new, so shiny and beautiful, and most of all it now fits perfectly. The jeweller has done an incredible job. Amazing staff! I went in to buy a gift for my girlfriend and I had a specific request in which the staff went above and beyond to help and order the perfect gift which was a beautiful engraved necklace. I also ended up buying my self a chain which I love! Definitely recommend and will be returning.

We recently visited multiple jewellers in Lichfield to buy wedding rings.
