I've used various Specsavers branches for many years and had really good experiences. The Lichfield store is especially good. The staff are lovely, always interested and attentive, the store is clean and the processes efficient. I also have a complex prescription, not only am I always really happy with the products, but the staff always try to work out the best financial options for me. I really can't sing their praises highly enough (which is something to be said given the all too common sloppy service we can see with lots of retailers now). Well done Specsavers - I'll see you for my summer sunglasses next! 😎

I was very pleased and happy with the service whilst at the eye test and afterwards when I went to collect my glasses.

The team here have genuinely blown me away never in my life have I been so stress free and happy in a retail experience. Emma is a major credit to the store, not only did she instantly understand my needs and comforts in not owning glasses before, she got it bang on first try in picking out a pair of snazzy glasses for me and my style and made me feel comfortable in doing so. Anish whom did my eye test allowed me to take my time, didn’t push and made me feel confident in the process of understanding that I would need glasses. And the fact that it was absolutely Jam Packed and we got seen to so quickly is amazing. Thank you all for making this visit one of the best retail/healthcare experiences I have had.

Great service with very helpful & friendly staff. Optician take time to discuss options with you & make sensible suggestions. Likewise the Audiologist gives really good advice & superb service.

Brilliant service from staff who help choose frames, dispense and glaze and fit, especially if you have complex lenses. Wouldn't go anywhere else. .

Had a fantastic experience with Amanda and her team at this store when sorting my contact lens subscription package. After problems at another Specsavers store I nearly cancelled my subscription all together and transferred to another opticians, however my faith was restored by these guys. Amanda was very lovely and helpful during the process and I cannot thank her enough for her help.

Collected my glasses yesterday after putting off having an eye test for quite some time. Much to my surprise, the whole experience was actually pleasant mainly due to the staff at this branch. Each one was friendly but very professional and made me feel comfortable and welcome.

What an amazing opticians the choice of frames is incredible! The staff are super friendly and always have a smile on their faces. One of the best experiences I have ever had in an optician’s. Definitely recommend !
