Very helpful staff

Just had a meeting with Abby about fraudulent use of my card. Forget the "extra miles", Abby went an extra 5 miles to get it sorted out. What an asset she is to the branch.

The staff here are so helpful and always friendly. No matter how long the queue is, it soon goes down and it’s your turn! Big thank you to the staff .

Problem with my card

Stupidly short opening hours....9-3.... and not at weekends....ridiculous.

I hate to leave bad reviews. There are major issues with this branch. 1. No name tags ever ? Mcdonalds have name tags ? 2. Ineffective customer segmentation to cash machines 3. Staff rotation around busy period(Lunch time) maybe if you start you’re staff lunch periods earlier then you would have the correct staffing levels at peak times. 4. Customer experience is awful at this branch. I think the manager needs to be retrained

Fantastic service received from Morgage Advidor Chris Colclough ! Very smooth and easy process , very detailed in everything . Couldn't of asked for a better service . All well explained and no fuss or stress . Brilliant !
