I really regret employing Neil Somerfield, it has been a very expensive learning curve, he does not always reply to the questions you have posed to him and on requesting face to face meetings it never materialises. Most of my money spent was just on reading my notes and not much action taking place. He finally told me he could not represent me any longer at the crucial part of the case. Time was spent on areas he then told me he could not help on yet charged for; letters wrote to a company that did not trade anymore and issues left unresolved. On several occasions I asked to arrange verbal or video calls as I was not getting answers to my emails, this was evaded at all costs and dismissed, he hides behind his emails. Finally, he told me he could not represent me any more at a crucial part of the case, he has left me high and dry and in a very vulnerable position. This is an honest review on the service I have received and I do not want anyone else to be put in this position, this has left me emotionally drained, all trust lost and out of pocket. He has been reported to the Solicitors ombudsman’s.
