Fantastic service and very frienndly and helpful staff. Shaun in particular - who is new to the branch - was most helpful. Would definitely recommend this branch of Benchmarx.

Came out and prepared a kitchen design which was great. Unfortunately it was downhill from there. On confirming the order they decided to unilaterally redesign our kitchen without consulting us. Had to find the change by chance when I noted a draw front in forest green when our kitchen was grey! They had changed a small double cupboard under a Belfast to put in a draw....where does the waste pipe go then??. When that was rectified on a delivery date agreed 3 weeks in advance they only managed to deliver half of the cupboards!! They promised me that they would ensure the remaining units would be with me before our fitter was due to come a week later and following a second delivery they only managed to deliver 3 out of the 6 cupboard. No one had the decency to tell us in advance until the delivery chap arrived. I made clear that they were to get the 3 remaining cupboards to us by the following Monday and they arranged to courier them from another branch. Our fitter is due on Monday and we still have outstanding items. Our fitters are having to adapt a standard 800mm cupboard to accommodate our sink as after placing our order they decided they couldn't actually provide what we needed. Today, we have just found they have provided full sized cupboard doors to go under the Belfast. As a Belfast sits within and slightly over a kitchen cupboard how do they expect the doors to close??! Go to Howdens. Useless.

Receptionist where not giving enough information,very rude behaviour towards the customers. Not happy 😒!!!
