I had my first massage with Damian today, and I’m genuinely impressed. Unlike others who rely heavily on gadgets, Damian used strong, skilled hands throughout — and they were more than enough! He immediately noticed tightness in my back, shoulders, triceps, and even a slight hump, which others had overlooked. Damian gave me honest feedback about my posture and muscle condition (I’m 58), and offered realistic advice: it’s not too late to manage it, but the key is prevention and consistency. He was respectful, observant, and never rushed. I left the session feeling lighter and more aligned. Highly recommended for anyone with tension, postural issues, or just needing proper muscular release. I’ll definitely return!

Damian provides a very thorough and deep tissue massage. He puts so much effort in to his massages and obviously cares about what he does. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a proper deep tissue massage - although not a relaxing experience it does feel very effective.

Damian is truly amazing. I have seen him with lower back and sciatica problems , which I struggled with for 15 years now. I have seen many specialist and tried many treatments but nothing brought such significant improvement in my health , like deep tissue massage with Damian. I had 3 sessions so far and each of them release a lot of tension and reduce so much of my pain. Damian applies appropriate and consistent pressure , which make a message intense and powerful but at the same time very comfortable. He is very knowledgable and professional . Our first session we started from a brief conversation and than he’s going straight to manual therapy, communicating all the details while he’s working on the problematic areas, so you feel very safe and well looked after. Damian was recommended to me and I wasn’t very keen to travel around an hour to see him as he’s not local to me , but I’m glad that I did, because he is so worth it. I definitely going to see him again. Highly recommend.

Damien found areas that I hadn’t even known were a problem but felt so much better after he had worked on them. Had a great sports/deep tissue massage today from DN Massage Therapy . Damien is excellent at his job and is a really nice guy. He is passionate about helping people feel better and helping with injuries. I went with knots in my back and tight hamstrings. I feel like I have a new back and I've been many places for massage but i would day he is the best for sports massage.

Great friendly and professional service from Damian. I was immediately put at ease and Damian too immediately found the problems in my leg and lower back. I’ve had 2 sessions now with phenomenal signs of my historical sciatica easing and allowing me to exercise and go about my day to day again more freely. Looking forward to my return visit soon.

If you want a thorough deep tissue/ sports massage, Damian is amazing. He's very thorough and knowledgeable, getting to the root cause of your issue straight away. He leaves the room before and after the session so you can get changed and is very respectful. His prices are reasonable and location in the centre of Lichfield is very convenient. He's relieved my initial pain, but I will keep going for regular maintenance sessions as he's so good!
