This was our second visit to the Bed Centre with my dear Dad who is 95yrs young. Firstly Ronnie assisted us on our first visit and he was fabulous and couldn't do enough for us. Faultless customer service. We also went in again yesterday and was assisted by an equally fabulous lady called Laura. She also couldn't do enough to help us. Pleasant, didn't rush us and focused on just us which is a rare thing nowadays!! I would recommend Gem Beds and Carpets whole heartedly if you like excellent customer service and great products.
