I appreciated the care taken throughout my experience, but especially when I returned after having my dentures fitted as I was listened to and my comments were acted upon. I was left confident that if I had any problems in the future, that I could call or pop in and the smile centre would do there up most to sort it it out. Not only did you give me back my smile you gave me back my confidence to smile.

After having my teeth taken out, I was given badly fitting dentures, which also looked bad. I was not confident to go out wearing them, so I went online to find somewhere I could purchase some decent dentures, that I could feel confident enough to wear and go out in. I chose The Smile Centre because of the Best Patient Experience Award they received. Also they said the listen to the client and made them the dentures they wanted, But I am very unhappy with the treatment I have received so far. It should have taken four weeks from start to finish, for me to receive my new dentures, but now I’m on eleven weeks with still two weeks to go, I have No dentures and I am £3,320.25 POORER, which would have been £3,495 but I got 5% discount for paying for them straight away. Big mistake. Mr Burnell now makes me feel like I am a nuisance. There is no communication between us. I don’t have any confidence in what he says. I feel like he does what he wants to do and I will not get what I was promised. I am stuck in my own home worrying about the end result. I was so unhappy, I asked for my money back, so I could look elsewhere. I feel let down by, Mr Burnell. He Promised and assured me I that I would be completely happy with the dentures when they are finished. However there still seems to be communication problems with Mr Burnell understanding what I want the teeth to look like, and what he wants the end result to be. I feel all I want is what was promised by Mr Burnell and the Smile Centre, nice looking comfortable teeth that will look like the teeth I once had. The result the first time was not as promised but with Mr Burnells reassurance I tried again, however with the communication issues still there I feel I will be disappointed yet again. I have no faith in the end product, but I will let you know how they are, when they are eventually finished. I just feel I have to let people know about my experience. And I don’t feel much like smiling. Crying may be more apt

After suffering for years, coping with ill fitting sets of dentures and being continuously misinformed by various dentists with regards to what I could and couldn't have done and spending large amounts of money on adhesives to try to keep my dentures from falling out, I finally decided to have a talk with Matt from The Smile Centre at Lichfield. On our first meeting we talked about my circumstances for well over an hour before he examined my mouth and told me that he could make me a set of dentures that would fit properly and that I would not have to continually glue them in. I now have my new set of dentures and true to his word, they do not keep falling out and I don't have to keep gluing them in. It has only been two weeks since having them fitted and I am still getting used to them but they are making me feel much more comfortable.
