I've had a couple of reiki sessions with Jo and also recently completed Reiki First Degree training with her. Jo is a beautiful, warm and kind soul with healing hands and all my experiences with her have been fabulous. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Jo is super knowledgable about crystals and joining her crystals 101 workshop has broadened my knowledge greatly. I went to visit Jo for an anxiety meditation class and she immediately put me and the rest of the group at ease! It felt like a completely safe place and we’ve all stayed friends after the class. We will all be going back for another session! Jo is lovely and caring and has answered any questions we had outside of the class too - highly recommend :)

I attended a meditation class with Jo recently, which was fantastic. Jo is kind, non judgemental and so down to earth. She explained everything in a really easy to understand way and made me feel at ease to fully immerse myself in the experience. Having worked both next door to and then with Jo for nearly the past year, I can’t think of anything negative to say about both her and the indigo life business. Not only is she a caring boss who’s been there for me whenever needed, she is an incredible teacher! From knowing literally nothing about crystals I can now say that I can identify a large number of the crystals and other spiritual objects in her shop from her expert guidance and I am envious whenever I hear about her 5 star treatments. It is a privilege to be both part of the indigo life and a shop angel 💜

This was my first Reiki treatment ever so I was a little unsure what to expect. Jo made me feel at ease in a safe and healing environment, a beautiful and beneficial experience. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I have known Jo since she was knee - high to a grasshopper (she still is!), but what she has learned , felt and shared with others is a true gift. Not only for healing, but for absorbing and turning negativity into positivity, for always being on your side, and for bringing light into the darkest of places. I cannot recommend her as highly as she deserves, because the words haven't been invented yet. Jo is a little superstar, a pocket rocket, and you would do well to have her in your pocket, always.
