The ladies at The Handcrafted Party went above and beyond in customer service. Both times I have been in, for a 30th birthday balloon and a gender reveal balloon, they have taken the time to talk me through options and prices. They went the extra mile to make sure my gender reveal balloon went without a hitch! Both times the balloons they created were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing, they transformed a blank village hall into a fabulous party barn space. It truly set us up for a fun night. They took an idea and came back with so many better options, lovely team to deal with and worked so hard in helping us make this a success. I absolutely loved the balloon arrangement they did for my 4 year olds birthday, combination of his favorite characters. Both Sue and Elaine are very helpful and patient, they gave great suggestions and recommendations. They are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I also purchased a last minute elf balloon arrangement which was fantastic. They even suggested personalizing it with my sons name which was such a lovely touch. I think its those little touches that make all the difference. Will definitely be using them again the future.
