Been in store a few times now but there seems to be a very helpful man and a NOT so helpful man .. I won’t point any fingers But I am sure other regular Customer’s know exactly what I mean .. sorry for this not being the best review.... I will still use them in the future

Had a right kafuffle, ordered some parts for a friend with the correct reg but still managed to get the wrong parts. The following day we attempted to return parts but had lost the receipt! It was clear one member of staff did not want us to return them despite it being their mistake. Fortunately the second member of staff was happy too oblige. The first member of staff explained that there’s was no possible way at if refunding to a Apple Pay device! He was certain, however the the other guy attempted to and by the grace of god it worked! Very grateful for the helpful member of staff, if he was not there we would of been ultimately dissatisfied. So I must thank him! Not the greatest service overall though!

I like a local, small business motor factors and this is the top of the pile. Warm, friendly welcome from knowledgeable staff and a wide selection of stock available off the shelf at competitive prices. I will certainly be back 👍🏼

I can't thank these guys enough for their help with my old VW polo today. Joe located the part I needed at another branch and actually went and fetched it the same day. I had a call to say it was now in Lichfield and then Andy kindly fitted it for me. Little did they know I had just been at the vets with my very poorly dog and my morning wasn't going well. So, my day was brightened up by their genuine kindness. Thank you!

Brilliant, knowledgeable staff. I had a problem with my wipers catching and hadn't been able to sort the problem until I popped into Motorworld where they had a look, identified the problem and put the correct wipers on. Will certainly return and recommend to others.

The guys here are top class, nothing is to much trouble. Had full set of Quinton Hazell discs and pads in stock for my wife's Astra. Price good, parts quality amazing.

This review is a little late but last month I received top class rescue service!! I think the chap that helped me out was called Andy but he was the AA and RAC and Green Flag all in one!! My alternator belt had snapped and I was loosing power from my battery so I called in quickly as I knew my car wouldn’t make it home. Luckily they had an A/B in stock and with the help of Andy knowing exactly what bits to remove to fit the new belt and lending the tools, it was fixed in the car park in no time at all. Major expense saved not breaking down on the A38 or getting towed home or calling out for a mechanic. Thank you so much Lichfield Motor World for above and beyond friendly service, especially so close to clocking off time!!!

Always an absolutely EXCELLENT service at this Lichfield branch! The guys here are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, they definitely go the extra mile to make sure everything is sorted in an efficient manner and always with a smile. Prices are great, they keep a good range of stock, and will order anything you need in for the next morning if it isn’t on the shelf. Andy and Alex are brilliant and rather easy on the eye too ;-D and the whole team are very, very good. Highly recommend this place. 10/10
