About three years ago Lichfield Lock and Key supplied and fitted a five leaver dead lock, last night a group of five people tried to break in. The were unsuccessful due to the lock holding 10/10 can’t thank them enough…

Whenever I’ve been into the shop, the service is exceptional. Sean is very knowledgeable and friendly. He kindly helped me with cutting a second key for my Mazda Bongo recently. The prices are always very reasonable. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs key cutting or information on security and locks etc.

I'd tried many other locksmiths with no sucess. I only called in Lichfield Lock and Key as it had free parking outside, driven past many times, but never been in. We don't have the words in our vocabulary to describe my experience, service and quality provided by Shawn at Lichfield Lock and Key. He sets the standards by which every other locksmith are judged. I set him a very difficult task of finding keys to fit a 1986 Scandinavian lock. he attacked the problem with the courtiosness, commitment and enthusiam rarely experienced today and produced what was required at a very reasonable price, concidering the time that he must have spent trying to find suitable blanks and the hours that he must have spent fettling the keys. But then, you only have to walk in to the shop to appreciate the quality of service that you will get, it must be the tidyest and most well organised locksmith's shop in the World.

Super-efficient, friendly and really good price. Broken lock in UPVC doors at 9.30am, called at 10am, someone with me by 11.30am, job done and dusted within an hour. Feared the worst (new handles), but Stuart simply sorted the lock for me and all good. Life-savers and deserve lots of business - so nice to find a good, local business and could not recommend more. Excellent service in an emergency. UPVC door had jammed locked shut. We needed access urgently and everything was sorted very quickly. An explanation was provided re. part needed. Would definitely use again if required.

I was quoted £340 by a locksmith to repair a faulty UPVC lockmaster door lock, so once I picked myself up from the floor, declined his offer and called LL&KR who advised me to remove the lock and bring it in. They had said they would come out to me and do the job for less than half the locksmith quote too, if needed! They replaced the lock gearbox, tested it was all working and also gave me a screw for the door handle that I'd managed to lose. It cost a fraction of my earlier quote and I found the guys there really helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you!!

Lichfield lock and key repairs cut me a new double sided key for my safe. Price was good and service was exceptional. Were extremely helpful firstly when I contacted them via email to ask if they could do it, and then in person when I visited the shop.

Had a key cut for a VW Caddy, Timpsons told me it wouldn’t be possible and I needed to buy a new key for £55. As I had the new blank key. Lichfield lock and key took the time to explain it may not work but they are willing to try and for an excellent price as well. It worked perfectly and I would highly recommend them. Great service and a happy customer.

I needed a car key replacement and having looked at dealership replacements, was horrified to find they cost in the hundreds. Lock and Key made a non fob replacement for me at a fraction of the cost. It isn't a fob but works in locking all doors from the driver side and, of course, starting my car, which are the necessities. They were so friendly, efficient and very fast. I had every confidence in them after my initial visit. Can't recommend them enough. Fantastic service.
