When I first booked my appointment back in Aug 2022, I had such a quick response from Fleur compared with other bridal shops I had been in touch with. I didn’t get to meet Fleur at my first appointment but her lovely colleague assisted us with trying on a selection of dresses and it was the last dress her colleague chose that I said yes to. I booked a follow up appointment with Fleur to make sure it was the one and to officially say yes. Fleur was an absolute delight, so funny and friendly and made the whole process relaxing. She really knows how to make you feel special and was just as excited about my big day as I was. She even recommended me a brilliant seamstress to do the alterations on my dress. When I went back to collect my dress in April 2023 she was so welcoming to my mum, my bridesmaids and I and also gave us some great tips on how to look after the dress and a tutorial for my bridesmaids on how to get me into the dress on the day. Thank you to Fleur and her team for helping pick my dress, which was so beautiful and perfect for my big day in July 2023. I have been singing your praises to friends and family, recommending Elsie May for their dress when it’s their turn. Oh and my Mum says hi 😅

Elsie may bridal was the second shop I visited in helping me find my wedding dress, although I have found my one in a different shop I wanted to leave Fleur a review as she is amazing! Such a beautiful friendly lady, we visited at 5pm after work and we didn’t leave until past 7.30pm and although it was late not once did I feel rushed. She let me try on as many dresses as I wanted, we chatted so much, she makes you feel so comfortable. Such a lovely experience in your pink boutique. Thank you so much ❤️

I initially booked a bridal appointment with Elsie May Bridal but ended up finding my dress before I visited. However I wanted to write a review just to say how sweet and helpful Fleur was on messages. She responded so quickly and when I told her I'd found my dress she was genuinely excited and made me feel even happier with my choice so I just wanted to say thank you and I'm more than sure anyone who comes to your shop will have an amazing experience ❤️

Went here today with my friends, one of which is getting married next year and wanted to get an idea of dresses etc. This place is brilliant, made our time there very personal and was a very beautiful experience. Highly recommend coming here for your big day dress needs.

Lovely surroundings, a beautiful array of bridal dresses. Fleur is an excellent proprietor, nothing is too much trouble for her. Would highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for that special dress.

Fleur is incredible! I had 6 months to plan my wedding and met Fleur at my venue as I was having a wobble at so little time to plan everything and get my dream dress... well I had no need to worry! Fleur was amazing from start to finish. She found me the perfect dress a week before Christmas and arranged for it to be cleaned extra quick so I could get it altered within 10 weeks for my big day! Fleur has such a big heart and amazing personality and is a diamond! I even went back to my venue to a wedding fayre just to say thank you! She makes everyone feel so comfortable and any concerns or body doubts you have just fade away when she puts you in your dream dress!

Fleur is the most wonderful person I’ve met whilst shopping for my dream dress. She makes you feel so welcome as soon as you step foot in the shop. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she makes you feel so at home. My friends came with me the second time and they thought I knew her personally, all because she’s so lovely and down to earth. I found my dream dress and have bought from the lovely Elise May Bridal. I can’t thank Fleur enough and I can’t wait to see her again💕💕

Fleur is the most beautiful person inside and out who really enhanced my experience of wedding dress shopping experience. She welcomes EVERYBODY and really caters the experience to allow you to feel so comfortable. She was so considerate to girls who have less confidence in their bodies and I needed this and INSTANTLY felt at ease. the shop has the most beautiful range of dresses and I loved every second of it! Couldn’t recommend enough! X
