Absolutely disgusting service, had kitchen fitted in 2022, part of kitchen put in twisted cupboard coming off wall, large gaps between cupboards and walls, two cookers damaged, took 12 months to rectify all the faults after Numerous telephone calls and e mails sent, numerous promises the work would be sorted, I was told new worktops oven and side panels had been ordered in June 2023, to find out they hadn't, put official complaint in, took until September for the work to be started, left 5 weeks without worktops as they were being delivered damaged. 5 work tops later managed to get one that wasn't damaged, now being told they don't pay compensation

👎 When I Walked into the showroom the first time everybody was very polite I spent roughly £10,000 paid on the same day in full when they delivered my kitchen so bits and pieces were missing and I went today to pick a door this particular lady who took my order on that day who was very polite and today she was very rude as she said the “it wasn’t here” when she didn’t leave her chair and just sat there doing nothing when I raised my voice she finally got out of here chair and found the door I was looking for so basically they take the money from you and leave you alone I will never use magnet again Service: Kitchen cabinet door replacement

Very nice man served us. Made an appointment to visit our home to measure up & arrived not only on the correct day but the correct time too. We arranged to pop into the showroom a couple of days later to see the planned kitchen & make our choices of cupboard doors, worktops, splash backs, sinks, taps, door knobs & flooring. 3 weeks later we got the call to say our order was ready to be delivered, the fitters had been notified & we just needed to confirm a date with them. So now we're looking forward to our first Christmas with a fantastic new kitchen all thanks to Mr J Coombes who designed it for us, organised delivery & fitting too. Thank you so much John.

Called in to enquire about the cost of worktops on a Saturday morning. Showroom empty and staffed by a gentleman and lady. Lady couldn’t be bothered to assist when we enquired around cost options and happily passed us over to the gentlemen. Thankfully he was slightly more helpful but had to be pressed for answers to our queries and pricing. Subsequently went to Howdens where service was excellent and we spent £10k on a completely new kitchen. 2 stars were for the gentlemen’s help with queries.

Bought an AEG built in fridge freezer. Tony has to be the most nicest, friendliest, most helpful I've ever come across. He went above and beyond all our expectations. Hope Magnet appreciate what they have here...
