After being sent home from hospital after suffering a tibial plateau fracture and not a single physio session provided, or expectancy on when I'll have one I opted to look privately & found ThreeSpires, this is where Maria came along & not only got me walking within 6 weeks, my confidence was also lifted dramatically along the way! Incredibly friendly, always available via text when had questions, and times where incredibly convenient! would highly recommend!

Dave has treated mum who is now 98 after she fell twice and broke both arms over the past few years. On each occasion mum had been off her feet for some time and could not even walk a few steps. We found that we were getting nowhere with the NHS who did not seem to have the time to do what was necessary. Thanks to Dave's persistence and mum's determination she is now able to walk quite some distance with her frame. I am more than happy to recommend both Dave and Liz.

Maria has built an amazing relationship with my Mother who became immobile after breaking her wrist. Very quickly Maria established that Mom still had the ability and strength to walk, our issue is cognition and fear. However Maria visits us weekly and has got Mom walking across the room and back and calms Mom's fears. I have no hesitation in recommending Three Spires Physiotherapy and Maria. Excellent people, excellent service and they actually care about their clients. So glad I found these guys.

Dave supported my 92 year old mother during respite care after she had lost her mobility following an operation. Dave provided an outstanding service. He took time to really understand the issues with my mother's health, liasing with the NHS physio before commencing therapy. He regularly kept me informed of her progress. Whilst visiting her in the Care Home he liased with the nurses and carers, ensuring she had the right medication for pain management. He was very caring, attentive and encouraging. My mum looked forward to his visits and trusted his advise. As a result she was motivated to complete the exercises he gave her and was able to leave the Care Home after 2 weeks respite, having regained most of her mobility. I cannot recommend Dave highly enough for his professional expertise and his positive and caring attitude which made such a difference to my mum's rehabilitation.

Dave has been wonderfully helpful in treating the pain in my lower back resulting from an unstable disc. I have found him to be totally reliable and efficient. He also takes a real interest in his patients/clients,. Highly recommended.

Many thanks to Dave for the treatment received for my lower back pain. Hopefully the exercise routines and advice will keep further problems at bay. The home visits and Dave's friendly nature are a real plus when choosing a physiotherapist

Dave has recently been treating my brother-in-law who had a stroke 3 years ago. Very encouraging progress in both physical improvement and greater confidence, resulting in ability to tackle stairs and in increased independence. Has achieved a good rapport with Tim and gained his confidence. Very worthwhile improvement - would recommend.

Dave is a consummate and caring professional. He improved my Mothers mobility tenfold with the physiotherapy exercises he taught her but more than that he probably saved her life by noticing a decline in her health at one appointment and calling for medical intervention. I cannot thank you enough for your concern and support over the past few weeks.

In October I was suffering acute leg pain and could not walk more than a few paces. Dave has spent a number of visits to me giving treatment and exersise to follow. The result being I am now walking normal, something I thought at the time may not happen again. Dave has been very professional in his approach and has a polite and friendly manner.
