I recently had the pleasure of working with Lovett & Co as my estate agent when purchasing a property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. We had an offer accepted on a property which they then kept on market without us knowing despite us sending all our documents and proof of finance. I found out 5 days after our offer was accepted by ringing them that another offer had been made despite them being aware I had arranged a survey and architects. That offer was accepted so we had to quickly find somewhere else or our sale would fall through. We are still looking. No apologies nothing. Don't use them.
