Very pleased with Rhys and his team. They installed my new equipment and transferred files from my old computer to the new one , explained all the new features very well so that me as 70 year old wrinkly could understand. I haven't used the back-up assistant as yet but I know it's there if needed.

RHP continually support In-Form Solutions and its team with its IT infrastructure requirements, securely, efficiently and effectively. They deal with any queries very quickly and are able to provide remote support if needed. They have also helped us to achieve Cyber Essentials, ISO9001 and NHS Information Governance compliance and accreditation.

We have been a customer of RHP Solutions for approx. a year now having received a recommendation from a client. Rhys Page visited our premises to discuss our or requirements / objectives & provide a “heath check” on our existing hardware & software. Approximately two days after our meeting Rhys sent me an email including information on an IT Support Contract he proposed, the heath check on our existing computers / software along with his recommendations. Initially we agreed to move our IT Support Contract to them, there was little difference in monthly cost but what was included was more comprehensive than we were receiving from our existing supplier provider. Having already met with our previous supplier & had their recommendations we obtained a further quote for another provider. All three companies made similar recommendations for what our requirements were. On comparison RHP provided the cheapest quote so we gave them the order. They supplied a new server, four new desktops & acquired the new software licences. The new computers & server were installed in a day, all the data was transferred from or old computers to our new ones over a weekend to keep the disruption to the business to a minimum. It all went very smoothly, we did encounter the odd hiccup along the way which is to be expected. When this did occur, they responded very quickly to resolve any issues we had. Since then RHP Solutions have assisted us with our new CRM system, SAGE accounting installation & supplied us with two new laptops to enable us to work remotely.
