Rude and aggresive employees with delivery drivers, waiting time for an order 20 minutes most of the time which caused parking tickets for drivers. So lack of respect . Some of the ladies are quite rasist with some drivers. One of the worst in all aspects. So shame, Macdonalds are losing money and customers because of that and drivers are losing 2 - 3 hours a day only waiting for orders.

Went on a Sunday afternoon so was pretty quiet. The guy who was cleaning the tables etc was really friendly and gave my kids a flag etc which they loved. Knocked a star off for the food as my son's nuggets were browner than usual and more crispy like they'd been overcooked. All good apart from that.

We waited a half hour for food for three items and drinks. It was pretty clean although it could be better. There wasn't many customers upon arrival and throughout the breakfast time. Priority seemed to go to Uber. Even if dining in and take out were ordered first. Food was warm and not hot. Staff were miserable. Hot drinks were cold or slightly warm. Hash browns were the only hot item. Even small orders were taking a while. Toilets were clean though but overall very dissatisfied. Kid-friendliness: Considering there was a 'saturday fun day' poster on the wall I would say it's very kind friendly

it was Great day i met with really Good personalities... especially sam who teach me multiple things i was feeling free to ask anything to her and all the crew member also the atmosphere is really nice❤❤❤

Ordered off mcdonald's app and food came freezing cold. Staff here prepare to food before delivery collect and will leave food sitting for an hour before delivery. This is actually disgusting and goes against food hygiene law. Have spoken to the manager personally about this and all they say is sorry and we will prepare you another meal? Ridiculous and doesn't make sense.. the fact they will hand out hard cold and still charge customers crazy knowing it can not be eaten.

Absolutely awful. Staff look like they are attending a funeral, the food was ice cold, the bread on my burger was falling apart( cheap cheap cheap). Had to ask for condiments, bins over flowing , my table was dirty and that was the best of the bunch that I could see. Also my burger was extremely soft and soggy, hope I dont get food poisoning tomorrow. I will never ever come again, I didn't bother complaining because the stuff obviously dont give a stuff!!!! I would give zero stars if I could, marks out of ten I would give minus 10!!!!!

Friendly greeting upon entering the restaurant from the female host. I had a very good wrap of the day for £1.99. The bread was nicely cooked, the food tasty with a little kick to it and properly presented. Flat White coffee was very good. Overall, a positive experience
