I cannot recommend the Adcocks team enough! I had a very complex process to complete, regarding a purchase of the freehold for an old property with a very dated lease! The communication has been fantastic throughout the whole process and when it came to the sale of the property, despite the knocks of falling sales, the conveyancing team were incredibly helpful and transparent feom start to finish! My experience of other solicitors makes the Adcocks team stand out as exceptional and I would absolutely use them again if ever I needed help with property law.

I cannot praise the team at Adcocks enough. I had a particularly complex title problem on a commercial property, after trying to sort the problem with a previous solicitor I was left out of pocket and reluctant to try another solicitor after the experience. After seeing an article on Adcocks online and checking the website I saw they specialised in commercial property and the Leasehold Reform Act.After calling the office and having a brief chat I then e mailed the property details, within a week Adcocks had more information on my title than the previous solicitor dug up in 12 months, this was before I had handed over a single penny. This gave me confidence to go ahead and give them the case.I was assigned Daniel Farrelly to deal with matters,not once did I have to chase him for updates and he was always on the other end of the phone to explain matters I did not quite understand. Yesterday I got the news that I finally had a clean freehold title for my property! From now on these will be my go to solicitor, if you have a legal problem give them a call.

Francesca and Dan have been so helpful with buying my first flat. They have explained everything clearly and helped explain all the jargon throughout the process.

Being totally honest whilst I'm writing this review for others to benefit from and make informed option to use Adcocks to take their company forwards. I would simply sum the service up in a sentence (Our expectations were well and truly exceeded in every area of the personalised service). We always felt like we were the only customer of Hedley's, he was very supportive and offered a complete service that's clear and easy, this was completely consistent over the 8 weeks or so that the process went on to last for. I'm not sure what other similar companies offer, all I can write is the true and honest opinion of our experience. We totally understand this might be one off experience for us , as this is the first time we have moved business premises, and there were a lot of tasks to take on board and we needed to be coached to understand and make educated and anticipated choices especially to ensure we got the very best from our lease. Hedley guided us through the maze of potential issues.

Such a friendly team

I have recently worked closely alongside Yvonne taking care of a lady whose funeral arrangements Adcocks solicitors were in charge of making for her. I found that Yvonne's professionalism, knowledge and her approachability was above and beyond that needed and expected of her. Yvonne went out of her way to make sure this lady had the best send off regarding the lady's background and finding out family photos. I would more than happily recommend to any family to go To Adcocks, whether it is for legal reasons or to sort probate. Yvonne and the Adcock's team are impeccable.

Money grabbing and not helpful. In fact, they are going to charge me to terminate my account with them!
