I phoned up and spk to Debs about a problem I had with my gears.was told to bring it in to have a look at,,she sorted me out with no problem. I was very grateful for the advice and help I would recommend this shop to anybody for the excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Please keep up the great work and I will be back in the future .

I visited the store in desperation needing some assistance with my son's new bike after it had arrived (from another company) with some issues with the brakes. The lady at the store was more than happy to help me and despite it being a quick fix it absolutely made my day after a tricky few weeks and stressful few days. 5🌟 service would definitely recommend their services.

Honestly couldn’t be happier with this little gem of a shop! Picked up my old Viking road bike today that was in for a service after it had been heavily neglected for over ten years and it rides as smooth as a new high end bike. I’m actually shocked at how good it is compared to before. He has put a lot of work and care to getting this bike into its current condition and I am extremely greatful, both so friendly and helpful, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else from now on. I’ve been taking my bikes (MTB + Road) for about 2yrs now and won’t take them anywhere else Super friendly, I have a good chat every time I go in (Debbie is lovely) and always come away happy I’ve had services, parts, advice and they’ve even supported me for both Cancer Research UK and Prostate Cancer UK charity rides I’ve completed (absolute superstars) Can’t recommend enough ❤️

Just picked up my new bike from freedom. Well happy with the service, made sure it was the right bike for me and not just one they could sell off the shelf. On pickup i was given a full handover, explained how to m check my bike and they even gave my bike a few special touches to personalise just for me. Great shop, great people and i love my new bell too.

I was recommended this shop because of their helpful relaxed nature and their knowledge. I purchased a gravel bike. They ensured it was set correctly and allowed me to try it. The bike I chose a Tifosi Rostra. They ensured it was set correctly to my body size. As I had not riden a bike with the type of cleats before they even gave me guidance on mounting and dismounting using them. So thanks for all your help.

We have purchase both of our children’s bikes from Deb and the team. Also numerous spares such as tyres and had a recent service. As always the customer service has been impeccable. Quality of the work is second to none and the prices are extremely competitive. This is a proper bike shop with staff passionate about bikes not looking to make a quick buck! I could not recommend them highly enough!!!!!

A small shop, but the staff are enthusiastic and will order stuff that's not in stock. They did a brilliant job fitting a head-set on my bike. Later, I used the bike to work scheme to get myself a gavel bike. I ride it almost every day, sun, snow and beach.
