I don’t usually leave reviews. I just want to say a massive thank you. For years I have been terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience as a child. But registering with you has been one of the best decisions. I came today and the whole way through I was made to feel so safe and relaxed. Talked through everything properly and reassured me all the way through. For the first time in years I actually had a smile booking in for my next appointment and I’m not sat thinking of excuses not to go. Might sound silly to some but it is a genuine fear but with staff and treatment like this I don’t think it will be long before im no longer scared to go to the dentist.

I have just returned from my 6 monthly check up, Mr Ali and his assistant Karen made me feel so relaxed and at ease they are so professional and lovely. For me they get 10/10 thank you so much and see you in 6 months.

Got me in today emergency and not my dentist.The dentist put me at ease straight away very pleasant and friendly,also his nurse.had to give me antibiotics and i need a return visit.very accomadting.would recommend.

Today I visited the practice and was greeted by a friendly receptionist on arrival. Sat for a few minutes until going in to have a front tooth filling, with the assistance of Karen I felt at ease immediately. I can't praise Ali enough for the absolutely superb job he has done, it really is amazing, thank you.

Me and my son went for our first appointments here today and I cannot stress enough how lovely all the staff are! The receptionist, the nurses, the dentist...all made me feel extremely at ease (I have had a fear of the dentist from childhood!) And they all made the experience a very pleasant one, thank you to a lovely team :)

I've been to see Mr Kain and Nicola several times this year for a particular tooth problem. I'm never good with dental treatment and I have to say that both Mr Kain and Nicola have made me feel very comfortable each time I've been. They really make a real effort to be friendly and accommodating and chat with you while you're having your treatment which really helps. Each time I've left my appointment, I've felt genuinely lucky to be in such good hands. I wouldn't go anywhere else or see anyone else given the choice. A great team! Have a good Christmas guys!

I have known Mr Kain since he was with Miss wall practice many years ago I hated going to the dentist prob because of past experiences when young of being given gas and air and feeling ill afterwards None of that when I moved to .miss wall in the 90s Lovely people who made you feel comfortable and listened. I was disappointed when Mr Kain moved on to continue his development When he came back and took over the clinic I was really happy A dentist who really listens and explains things if you want to know lol Over the years the team has changed but some staff still there just as nice and helpful ,just matured gracefully All of my family use this superb practice . So thanks to all of you I'm sure you find your jobs "very full filling " Sorry I couldn't resist the bad joke Andy
