Very nice shopping place.plenty of parking with big parking bays. The shops remind me of shopping back in South Africa in a decent area.

Service is always friendly and the equipment always working and clean. Only gripe is that it seems to be part of the Lichfield fuel cartel, where prices are always a few pence more than at forecourts surrounding the city. It has never evidenced any real price competition with its nearby competitors and is never the cheapest in town, in my experience.

Fantastic, tucked away place with quality food inside the shop, huge car park and petrol station with car wash! Very nice and semi posh. Place for a pint next to it if you fancy one when your second half doing shopping 🤭

The store is well presented, it sells a good range of products. It also franchises some interesting brands, which are not found everywhere. Clean, modern store with good parking.

Great little supermarket - all of the every day essentials, good pricing, loads of parking, friendly staff and a nice coffee shop as well.
Fuel and coffee shop could both be a little cheaper, otherwise great all round!

Really disappointed with the customer service when I shopped on Friday. I use this store a lot but left feeling undervalued. I understand the pressures of retail having been a retail manager a number of times and have a degree of patience and empathy. I was served by a new member of staff at the till who was clearly still finding her way around the EPOS system. I presented my NUS card which provides an amount of student discount and incentive for me to shop at this store. The assistant had gone too far in the till process to deduct the discount (this can be rectified) so asked an experienced colleague for help who was very dismissive and condescending to both her fellow colleague wanting help and myself the shopper. Student life is tough and making a special trip to get supplies with the use of my NUS card is huge! Also to the mature ginger haired assistant who was very dismissive, if you are feeling stressed with the pressures of retail, please do not take it out on your customers, remember your tone and ask another member of your team to help you or your new member of staff.
Thank you
