Visit most mornings for my coffee & always fill up here. Staff especially the gentleman who works most week says and not Sundays is amazing! (Forgive me don’t have his name) he is Chatty, goes above and beyond, & makes every morning visit a pleasure.

I tried to fill up here. Twice i found cones closing off the station. I then phoned and they said they were open but had to go round back of shop and for this closed whole petrol station off??!!. On my third visit on same day i finally got petrol. This is not a one off. A third of the time i try here they have cones out closing whole of station. They are overpriced by at least 5p compared to others in area. I only go here if im desperate. The management have not business brain i have never seen other petrol stations close for somebody going round the back. Why not put up a sign on door im fine to wait another few minutes if u wanna go round back than drive back countless times.

Most expensive fuel in the area. Staff are great. Shop good. Remains most expensive place to buy fuel in the area. Over 10p more per litre than in London and many other places now. Simply over priced. Locals wise to it now and buy elsewhere.

10/10 service. Ladies name was Lisa i believe went above and beyond to help me nothing was to much trouble especially on a night shift and fetching things from the shop, great service very polite. Good at her job a credit to the company.

The ladies at this site are wonderful! I broke down this morning , 6.00am They couldn’t have been more helpful . Thank you , Advised on local garages ect ! Just great !! An oasis in an hour of need !!

Sunday morning . A quiet time. Very helpful and cheerful assistants. Good range of food. Costa Coffee from the machine. Newspapers. Service station outside. A useful resource.

I don't know the name of the lady who served me but if you look up Best Customer Service in the Dictionary it will be her name Her personality was positively infectious .....so much so I went back a few hours later to get some lunch ! Not sure if the staff read these reviews but if they do then I was the YES man and thank you so much for cheering up my day and keeping me inspired !

Went here today for water for my washer bottle. Machine frozen so forecourt staff went inside to get water, with screenwash and filled it up for me! What a great service! The Waitrose store looks really well stocked as well.

I am a regular customer to one of your sites and the owners may need to pull their finger out and get better at treating thier staff with a little more respect, your staff is what brings people back and thats where the hierarchy of your work force comes in to place. Your staff are at the top of the triangle and management are at the bottom, you are nothing without hard working and happy staff! Your long serving staff are paid the same as people that come in to train on their first day thats embarrassing and demoralising for your hard working staff.
