My advise would be to avoid these scam artists. They charged me £450.00 to come to site see what my plans were. After numerous emails and calls they finally said they were not able to assist me with my planning application. Contacted JMI planning who were totally professional after visiting the site they submitted a planning application which was granted at less than a third of the cost that CT planning had advised if they were to do the same service.
