I rang on the morning of a funeral to ask if a Dad tribute could be made and ready the same day. The staff were so lovely and helpful. They said they could do it (they were also very busy). I travelled a few hours from my home city to Lichfield for the funeral and had never used or heard of them because of this. Wow! The staff were amazing and the flower tribute was absolutely beautiful. I can’t fault the flowers at all, and the lovely friendly, empathetic attitude of the staff. It meant a lot. I totally recommend this lovely independent florist. Absolutely fabulous! Thank you so very much. 💜

Excellent customer service from Kate when I recently sent flowers to a sick friend. I called from Australia and Kate could not have been more helpful and kind. I asked her to send me a photo of the flowers when they were ready and she kindly did so. The suggested arrangement was stunning and just what I wanted. The next day delivery was tracked and I received delivery confirmation right away. My friend sent me a photo of her with the flowers and she looked very happy with them. Thank you for a wonderful service.

Fantastic service and very friendly florists! Came in looking to get 2 last minute bouquets as thank you gifts for my wedding (the next day 😬) Having never used an in person florist before the young lady on the desk talked me through everything from sizes, styles, colours and prices. She suggested boxes flowers due to the weather being very warm and to help the lifespan of the bouquets. It was an incredible hectic day and picking them up completely slipped my mind, but florist to the rescue to give me a reminder call and arranged to collect after the wedding ceremony. From start to finish they were incredible, helpful, kind and patient. Thank you so so much for all your help 🥰

It was easy to order/pay online which I liked. I chose florists choice as I wanted a 'get well' bouquet and I wasn't disappointed and neither was my sister who received them. I will definitely use them again

I ordered the Florist Choice Bright Hand-Tie In Water bouquet from their website to be delivered to my wife's workplace. She was extremely happy with the flowers. The service was excellent, and the communication was great. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Came into the shop on Saturday looking for red roses for a 40th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately it was late in the morning so there were every colour but red. I was offered an alternative and it was beautiful my sister and her husband were thrilled and so was l.They even attached a balloon. Excellent service for a last minute customer. Thanks again 😊

Florist of Lichfield you are the best florists by far. We are not even from Lichfield but my partner has always used them. I have had several bouquets of flowers brought for me from here and they are unbelievably beautiful, I’ve never seen Lilly’s and roses so big, not only that they really do last too. I myself had to order flowers for my dads funeral recently. The flowers themselves were beyond incredible not only that but Kate made them bespoke to how I designed them. They were better than I could have ever imagined. It was a big funeral and We had so many comments on how amazing they were. Their price was fantastic and beyond all that each member of staff delivered the best customer service I could ask for. You all are truly wonderful and I can’t Thankyou enough.

I phoned this morning to order some flowers for my mum from my elderly father who is currently poorly in hospital. The lady I spoke to was lovely and very helpful, confirmed delivery could happen today and she reiterated the flowers would be lovely. I am writing this review not on the service but on the quality of flowers having paid £45 for the flowers and £7 delivery. I’m aware my mum has phoned the shop to question how open and droopy the roses (all 3 of them) are and was told that these were fresh this morning, if this is true then I would be seriously looking at a different supplier! They aren’t going to last long at all. The lady that spoke to my mum offered to come out and rectify the situation but this is not convenient as my mum is in and out at the hospital and simply doesn’t need the extra hassle. She told my mum to remove the outer petals that are drooping, but if she started doing that there wouldn’t be any left! This should have been a lovely surprise and to cheer my mum up, so i can’t help but feel disappointed.
