I wanted to change an appointment but during my nail treatment the receptionist wasn’t available after being called a number of times. It then wasn’t great that between treatments I waited for my toe nails while the receptionest was having a treatment. It took another member of staff to remind them I was waiting. The receptionist then called me in but there were no apologies for keeping me waiting. She never smiled and avoided any eye contact. To top it during my treatment she offered the therapist a coffee but never even looked at me?
