Really disappointed as no one actually turns up on the day of our boiler service booking albeit the appointment was made 2 months ago. Message were sent but no responses received.

Too busy nackard. Work load! 🏹 🎯 I used various other plumbing and heating and drainage engineers but they all ripped me off and I never seen them again, as a once apon a time ago plumber's mate, these plumbers need a rouge trader's investigation on the double. I gave you another 🌟 star cause you replied. I can do most things myself anyway and have done. Take care and be clean and honest towards customers if you do they will always come back and pass on good word's for you so others may come and use your service too.

I had my whole system replaced for a Viessmann system (which I had in previous house). Had the works done, tank, high pressure flush, pump, everything. Dave was excellent, amazingly knowledgeable and did an outstanding job which I am incredibly happy with . His workmanship is to a very high standard, he was not rushing and he used high quality components throughout (I checked and looked at online reviews of pump and magnet filtration system). Would not hesitate to recommend him for any job, we had one minor leak after the high pressure flush and Dave had it fixed in under 10 mins.... Can't say more than that, a month later, the system is working perfectly and we are very happy. Thanks very much
